The funds are available to both institutional and private investors. The .net site is a key marketing tool for the iShares business and incorporates 35,000 registered users across Europe. Socentric provided front-end resource for the rebranding of the site in 2007 and development of a Customer Care Tool (using Webcentric) to manage registered user information and enquiries. The Customer Care Tool is currently being implemented for the .com site.

Betfair is the world's leading betting exchange and Betfair Games provides the ability for customers to play some of the most famous casino games - using the unique back and lay system of the Exchange. Socentric worked in partnership with Xoomworks to implement the initial set of games - Texas Hold'em, Baccarat and Hi/lo. This involved customising the sophisticated JavaScript Exchange software and implementing an Ajax approach to reduce the network bandwidth consumed by each of the games - with significant performance improvements.
